Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to orders placed with WishWell Baskets for custom gift hampers, ready hampers, festive hampers and personalized gift baskets in Jaipur.

Order confirmation

An enquiry submitted through the website, WhatsApp or social media does not automatically confirm an order. An order is confirmed only after WishWell confirms item availability, design direction, delivery feasibility, final price and advance payment requirement.

Customization and availability

WishWell prepares hampers according to the selected budget, occasion, recipient and available items. Product brands, colors, flowers, decoration material, basket/container type and add-ons may vary based on local availability. Images shown on the website and promotional creatives are for representation.

Advance payment and cancellation

For most custom and festive hampers, advance payment may be required before procurement and preparation. Once an order is booked and preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible because items, cards and decoration may be customized.

Personalized content

The customer is responsible for sharing correct names, spellings, photos, message text and delivery details. WishWell may refuse content that is offensive, illegal or inappropriate.

Delivery

Delivery timing depends on preparation time, delivery area, traffic, weather and third-party delivery availability. Delivery charges may be additional.

Limitation

WishWell will try to prepare every hamper beautifully and thoughtfully, but exact appearance and contents may differ from sample images because each hamper is handmade and customized.
