Shipping & Delivery Policy

WishWell Baskets currently prepares and delivers custom gift hampers locally in Jaipur. Hampers are usually decorated and may be open from the top, so careful local handling is required.

Delivery area

Delivery is available in selected areas of Jaipur. Serviceability may depend on distance, order size, weather, festival rush and delivery partner availability.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are additional unless specifically mentioned in the offer or package. The final delivery charge is shared before order confirmation.

Delivery timeline

Ready hampers may be delivered faster depending on stock and preparation load. Custom hampers, photo cards, festive hampers and bulk/corporate orders need more time. During Rakhi, Diwali and other festive periods, customers should place orders at least 3 days in advance.

Same-day delivery

Same-day delivery may be possible for selected hampers only after confirmation on WhatsApp. It is not guaranteed.

Recipient availability

The sender should ensure that the recipient is available at the given address and phone number. Re-delivery, waiting or address change may lead to additional charges.
