Payment Policy

Payment Policy

WishWell Baskets accepts payments for gift hampers, custom baskets, festive hampers and add-ons as per the final confirmed order value.

Advance payment

For customized, festive and made-on-order hampers, advance payment may be required. For Rakhi and other seasonal packages, a minimum advance amount may be requested to reserve the order.

Final amount

The final amount depends on selected package, items, basket/container, decoration level, personalization, add-ons and delivery charges. Any change requested after confirmation may change the final price.

Payment modes

Available payment modes may include UPI, bank transfer, cash or other modes confirmed by WishWell. Payment details should be verified before transfer.

Order processing

Work on a custom hamper may begin only after advance payment or confirmation as decided by WishWell.

Refunds and cancellations

Once items have been purchased, personalized cards have been prepared or hamper packing has started, refund or cancellation may not be possible. Any eligible refund, if approved, will be handled manually.

Payment confirmation

Customers should share payment screenshots or transaction details on WhatsApp for faster confirmation.
